Armand Pastine has over 23 years of Wall Street Fixed Income experience. Prior to becoming the CEO of CG Capital Markets, his primary responsibilities at Capital Guardian included running the Institutional Fixed Income practice, and serving on Capital Guardian’s Management Committee. Prior to Capital Guardian, he was the Head of Middle Markets and Rates Sales and Trading for C&Co./Princeridge, where he had responsibilities for running both trading desks. Prior to C&Co./Princeridge, he was the Head of Fixed Income for Maxim Group, a New York-based broker-dealer boutique with over 50 dedicated fixed income professionals. He began his career in the Financial Strategies Group at Prudential Securities, with a primary focus on Mortgage and Asset-Backed related securities. He has also worked as a Vice President in Goldman Sachs’ Principal Finance Group, and has held various positions at a number of Investment Banking boutiques specializing in Structured Products and Esoteric Securities. Mr. Pastine holds a BA from the University of Rhode Island and a Juris Doctor in Law from the City University of New York. He is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey.
